♥ Tuesday, January 13, 2009Finally something on 2009 le.-.- Somehow quite sleepy this whole day, cus too used to going to bed past 2am. Going to school seems good. Cross-disciplinary is pretty not bad, just that gets a bit zz, cus it started off with introducing the various softwares, graphic file types, etc. The characteristics of jpg, bmp, tif and psd were mentioned (although i expected gif and png to be inside but didn't cover leh) and raster versus vector, hence a bit sian cus basically these stuffs i already know liao lols. But happy with the free time given to draw out a vector head (got image below lols). Sorry yeeling i don't like to do meme-surveys ha ha. Eyes still pain after nap zzzzz. - 02jan09, first friday of a new year.  Somehow, the sky in sengkang always looks the prettiest. - 04jan09, sunny sunday.  Not my nineteenth bday. =)  Long time didn't take neoprint le. But now like sibei cheap leh (cus not popular anymore). Only $6 for two sheets of multiple stickers wth lols (last time some years ago, it's like $10 for one piece zzz).  Three peeps went ulu changi for an adventure quest. We all said it felt like being inside some rpg game zzz.  On top of hill.  Checking out the really old chalets (built in 1934 walao eh very ancient, it's like even before world war two started).  Jianhao gives a thumbsup for the $2 fanciful ham-cheese-egg pancake at s-11 foodcourt tampines LOLS. (Okies lar we two girls tried, and actually tasted not bad. I like the saltiness of the cheese fused with the sweetness of the pancake.)  Got so many newspaper/tv-featured cuttings at the stall zz. - 05jan09, journey from west to east.  Taking this 168 bus on the expressway (from woodlands to ikea tampines via sle and tpe) has always been a trademark for us during these years tgt. Yay pic can find ikea, the blue building at the right. Yay i'm going printing tml yay. (Lols why so many "yays" sia.) - 10jan09, caturday.  Me like meowmeows.  They look alike. And they are reluctant to let me take close-up shots of them.  Two indian aunties knocked at my door, and asked me to help them push their "blue new shirt" (as seen in the pic at top-left) down this tree from my kitchen window. Me: (WTH siao arh you want me topple over the window is it... The window ledge's height already near my stomach leh dangerous lo.) Too far cannot reach. *sticks bamboo pole out of window to convince her* She: You have longer pole? Me: Dont have. (Zz. -_-) No choice you have to wait for the wind to blow it down somehow. Lols that distance is worth at least two-bamboo-sticks. Wth lols she thought the tree very near my kitchen window meh.  Ha ha ha saw this antique photograph while packing stuffs. Oversized head, loose shirt, layers of meat gathered at the neck. (Don't know why eyes damn so tiny and hairstyle seems funny, zz the only identifiable element is the dimple lols. Forehead also strangely high.) - 12jan09, first day of semester two.  Warata brought back one whole bag of voodoo dolls from her homeland thailand as gifts for the class. =D  Although i've no love for voodoo dolls, but this "ancient chinese kungfu man" i've picked, is quite cute lols. (Ha ha the typical pants, the chinese hat and the signature plaid!)  Zijing's mixed veggie rice, we say like whole plate all 一粒一粒 de.  My illustrator stuffs done in class. Next week will animate the "head" yayness. =D  The head actually based on depicting myself lols. Favourite part is the copper streaks on the hair, just like mine, yay (but mine not so bright lar the colour). Most inaccurate part is the double eyelids LOLS. And after i finished everything, then suddenly realised that wrong liao, cus the fringe parting is my mirror image. Zz aiyah lazy to flip over liao, cus flip liao also mayb not look nice, somehow somehow.  Newer version of 7-11's sandwich. The bread slices really damn thick (about the thickness of two regular bread slices). But i like that they use wholemeal instead of white bread. Can't taste any presence of mango. But the cheese is nice de. Chicken filet is very tough and dry. - Dated 12dec08, moving shop. - Zz so fast two more days only. Haven't gotten anything for you yet wor cus no money liao lols.
